Found this on Etsy

I don't remember how I found this, Jennifer maybe??? However I just have to share. This etsy shop has really cool scrolls die cuts and lace paper. The price for them is so cheap too. I haven't ordered anything yet, but only because I can't decide which ones I like the best. I noticed you can have things custom made as well. Very cool so I just thought I would share with everyone.
You can find the shop HERE

Let me know what you think.

This reminds me of Scrapbook Paper

I was searching online the other day for comforters. I came across this from either Walmart or Target or something. When I saw it I totally thought this would make a beautiful scrapbook paper. What do you think?
Got so much done today. Cleaned out and completely organized the babies room. Took 4 bags of trash out. We went through the toy box, the closet, all the clothes hanging and in the dresser, EVERYTHING. Looks so good now with the new bed in there and the crib. Less space with the bigger bed, but not as bad as I thought it would be. Since I started on that, I then moved to the living room and moved some things around, and cleaned off the shelf unit that has all my scrapbooks on it. I went through the books and took out ALL of the layouts and stacked them up. I want to finally get all my books organized and looking good. I want to sell most of my old albums because I want to go with all black ones, and I only had 2 black before. So I think I will be putting them up on Ebay maybe. I haven't decided exactly yet. Tonight is Jacobs last night on graveyard THANKGOODNESS. Then he starts vacation next Saturday which happens to be my birthday. He called my mom and asked her to watch the kids and he wants to take me out JUST ME AND HIM. Do you know how long it has been since we have done that? Forever ago. As soon as he gets his other income tax money back then he is going to buy me my camera. :) Woohoo. I am so excited about Saturday I can hardly wait. We don't know exactly what we are going to do, but just to be out alone will be so much fun. I will miss the kids a great deal, but I need a day out with just me and Jacob for once.
Off to clean up dinner and then move all of my scrapbooking stuff back into my room. Or maybe I will just scrap and move it back tomorrow.

Heidi Swapp inspired me

to make this. See what she created here. This is my version. I found this 9 opening white frame at Target on clearance for $13.00.

Here is my finished project. A black and white photo of each of the boys. Stamped some swirls all over and a few rhinestones. Stamped the word memories in the top middle box. I spray painted the frame black. There is also ghost letters that say "The Boys" in the middle row right box. I REALLY like the way that it turned out. The paper is Fancy Pants "about a boy" line. I am so loving turquoise right now and I am in the process of redoing our room in turquoise and black. (Since we got a new king size bed and now need a new comforter). So when I made this I was so excited that it will eventually go in our room. I am really thinking about getting another frame at Target and making a Christmas gift for my mom. Hopefully they will have some more when I get a chance to go back.
Here are some of the swirls and the ghost letters. I am considering outlining them in black to see them better, but I don't know.
Here is where it says 08 and the rhinestones.
Here is a layout that I did last night. My mr Caleb likes to climb on everything. My favorite part is the ghost letters that I stamped on. I stamped on the front with stazon. I love the way they turned out.

Here is a close up version of the letters.

Here is another layout I finished the other day.

I don't remember if I posted this layout so I am just posting it again. It is from when we went to the fair. I like the way it turned out too. I love the colors of the paper. I fit 14 photos on it.

Off to bed now.

I won this...

I just found out that I won this here . I can't wait to get that in the mail. I just emailed her my address. So exciting.
We have been busy lately. Went to dinner at my moms one night, got a new king size bed, moved our bed into the babies room, cleaned all my stuff from under the bed, swimming, broken expedition, enjoying the two thunder storms that we had, some other stuff too, but just keeping busy.
Will post some layouts that I have finished up hopefully tomorrow.

4 People I am Tagging: (who haven't already been tagged)

Jennifer
Terina

That is it for now. I am off to try to scrapbook so hopefully I will have a fun thing to post tomorrow.

I was nominated for...

I was nominated by Jennifer Priest for this on her blog. Thanks Jennifer for nominating me. Thank you so much for the nice message you left about me on your blog as well. :)

This is what she said about me ... Nicole - she is a very talented designer and instructor at Scrapbook Blvd in Victorville. She is also very humble and I love that about her--she just creates for herself and the most amazing creations come out. Love her work!

Here are the rules.

1) Put the logo on your blog
2) Add a link to the person who awarded you
3) Nominate at least 7 other blogs
4) Add links to those blogs on yours
5) Leave a message for your nominees on their blogs

I am nominating...

Gabrielle - She does amazing work. I love everything she creates. She is a very very sweet person and I think she is great. I wish I had an ounce of her talent. I love being in the store when she comes in. She is easy to talk to and fun as well.

Amber - She does awsome work as well. I love working with Amber. We don't work together very often so I enjoy the few times that we do. She is also very sweet and easy to get along with. I am so glad she finally started a blog. :)

Terina Super talented.. I met Terina when she came to our store to teach classes. I love her work and think it is beautiful. She is super sweet and I enjoy chatting with her when she is at the store. We BOTH have 4 boys as well and that is enough to keep two people connected in itself. :)

Ok I know it says 7 people. But I don't want to nominate Jennifer again and I don't know the other blogs that I read personally. So I don't know if that would really work. So I am just going to nominate these 3 people.

Thanks Girls for tons of inspiration all the time.

What we have been up to...

Last week we took the kids to Scandia to play miniature golf. The golfing was fun, but the customer service there was horrible. Lets just say we left getting the managers number. I finally got ahold of the manager today and he is issuing us a refund for a few things.
We had a great view of the fireworks from our backyard on the 4th of July. We each stood on a chair and could seem them just fine. Jacob had to work that night so me and the kids went to my moms in the morning and we took the kids swimming and then we had bbq ribs. We went to his moms house for about and hour and then we came home and watched fireworks.

Here are the kids on the 4th of July. Notice the grouchy faces from the older ones. This was about the 5th shot and they were over it by then.

Here are a few layouts I have finished up lately.
This one needs journaling. I wrote it out, but didnt' like it.

I have to type out the journaling on this one.

This one is from the petting zoo at the fair.
This one I finished up the night before last. It has 14 pictures on it. It is from the fair this year.

Ok off to tend to a fussy Caleb. Super fussy lately. He has two molar teeth coming in.
